1. 30-Day Full Refund

We offer a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date. You may request a refund for any reason within this period, subject to verification and abuse prevention. Refunds are typically issued to the original payment method where technically possible.

2. EU/EEA Consumers — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union or European Economic Area, you may also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase for distance contracts, in addition to our 30-day policy, where applicable under national law.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email support@aura-x.pro from the email address associated with your account. Include your order reference or payment details if available. For card payments processed by Stripe, we will coordinate with our payment flow; for cryptocurrency payments, refunds depend on processor capabilities and network rules.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. The time for funds to appear may depend on your bank or card issuer.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve your issue. Unfounded chargebacks may result in account closure.
