These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AuraX ("Service"), operated by Attila Gross Soft SRL, Bucuresti, Sector 3, Soseaua Mihai Bravu, Nr. 255, Subsol, Modul S116, code postal 030302, Romania. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Service Description
AuraX provides a VPN (Virtual Private Network) subscription service. The Service encrypts your internet traffic between your device and our servers to help protect your privacy on public and private networks. The Service is a legitimate software-as-a-service (SaaS) offering for secure, encrypted connectivity and enhanced privacy. We do not guarantee complete anonymity; no VPN can do that in every scenario.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
3. Account and Access
Access is granted after subscription. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, sign-in links, and configuration tokens. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or for operational or security reasons.
4. Payment
Payments are processed by third-party payment processors (including, where available, Stripe for card payments and cryptocurrency payment providers). We do not store your full payment card details on our servers; card data is handled by the processor under its terms and PCI standards. Cryptocurrency payments are subject to the processor's rules and blockchain confirmation. By purchasing, you agree to the applicable processor's buyer terms in addition to these Terms.
- Subscription periods, prices, and renewal rules are shown at checkout. Where a plan is prepaid for a fixed term, access lasts for that term unless stated otherwise.

5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations;
- Infringe intellectual property or other rights of third parties;
- Distribute malware, spam, or phishing, or conduct unauthorized access to systems;
- Harm other users, networks, or the Service;
- Use the Service in a way that violates third-party terms of service where prohibited by law.
We may investigate violations and suspend or terminate access, and cooperate with authorities when required by law.
6. No Warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure operation. We are not responsible for content or services provided by third parties.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Attila Gross Soft SRL and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or for security or legal reasons. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases; refunds are handled per our Refund Policy and applicable law.
9. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would apply another jurisdiction. EU/EEA consumers retain the benefit of mandatory consumer protection laws in their country of residence. Courts in Romania shall have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory rights you may have to bring proceedings in your home country under EU consumer law.
